La Môr Bridal - Gown Competition (30/7/18-24/8/18)
1 - The promoter is: La Môr Bridal.
2 - The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over.
3 - There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4 - By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5 - The competition will be run on the following social media platforms: Facebook and Instagram.
6 - Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7 - Closing date for entry will be 23.59 on August the 24th 2018. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8 - The competitors will be drawn on August the 25th 2018.
9 - No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
10 - The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
a) Like La Môr Bridal’s Facebook AND Instagram Page.
b) COMMENT on the Facebook Post what you're looking for in your dream dress (tagging someone in the comments OR just liking the post will NOT count as entering. Entrant MUST comment what they are looking for in their dress to be entered into the competition)
c) Share the any Facebook post relating to the competition.
11 - The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
12 - The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
13 - The prize is as follows: The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Alterations and accessories are not included in the prize. It can only be redeemed on SELECTED ‘take me home’ gowns. Whilst all the gowns included in the competition are new with tags, it must be noted that they are sample gowns and therefore there may be slight/minor imperfections. All gowns are SOLD AS SEEN.
14 - Ella Rosa, St Patrick, Emma Bridals, True Bridesmaids, Bianco Evento and Phoenix Gowns are NOT a part of the competition.
15 - Bridesmaid dresses are not included in the prize.
16 - If the gown chosen is more than the £500 voucher, the winner will be required to pay the remaining balance of the gown.
17 - If the gown is less than the £500 voucher, the remaining balance may not be used on any other items in store. No cash or credit will be given for the difference. The gown will just be free of charge. The gown may not be returned or exchanged once it has been purchased/chosen.
18 - Winner will be chosen: at random and will be filmed and posted on social media.
19 - The winner will be notified by DM on Facebook/Instagram, within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
20 - La Môr Bridal will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
21 - The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English/Welsh law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
22 - The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent
23 - Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
24 - This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to La Môr Bridal and not to any other party.
25 - The entrant must be following @lamorbridal on Instagram and Facebook, as well as share the original competition post in order to enter.
26 - La Môr Bridal shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately.
27 - It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that the winner collect the gown from La Môr Bridal in person. The gown may be posted at the winners expense. Postage will be £30.
28 - La Môr Bridal also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
