La Môr Bridal – Key Worker Giveaway Terms and Conditions (1-6-2020-30-6-2020)
1 – The promoter is: La Môr Bridal.
2 – The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over.
3 – There is no entry fee to enter this giveaway.
4 – By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5 – The giveaway will be run on the following social media platforms: Facebook and Instagram.
6 – Only one entry/nomination will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. This giveaway does not apply to those who have already purchased a dress at La Môr Bridal.
7 – Closing date for entry will be 23.59 on June 30th 2020. After this date the no further entries to the giveaway will be permitted.
8 – The competitors will be drawn and the winner will be announced between 1-5th July 2020.
9 – No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
10 – The rules of the giveaway and how to enter are as follows:

c) Nominate yourself (key worker) or nominate a key worker
d) Share The Giveaway Post
11 – The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
12 – The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this giveaway.
13 – The prize is as follows: Half price (50%) off any bridal gown at La Môr Bridal.
14 – Winner will be chosen: at random and announced on social media.
15 – The winner will be notified by DM on Facebook/Instagram, within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
16 – The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English/Welsh law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
17 – The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent
18 – Entry into the giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
19 – This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to La Môr Bridal and not to any other party.
20 – The entrant must like the Facebook Page/Follow on Instagram, share the post and nominate/enter the giveaway on the giveaway post in order to enter.
21 – La Môr Bridal shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately.
22 – La Môr Bridal also reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control.
