What information do we collect?
We collect data when a user registers for our newsletter and completes our contact form. We collect a users name, email address, phone number and wedding date. These details are collected in order for us to book an appointment for the user or to answer any questions/queries asked in the message box.
We also collect data when a user signs up to our newsletter. The data collected is the users email address and this is so we can add it to our mailing list in order for the user to receive the newsletter.

The only person who has access to your personal data is the owner of La Môr bridal. No other members of staff have access to your personal data without the permission of the owner in order to:

How long do we keep your personal data for?
If you purchase an item from us we will keep your personal data for up to 6 years as we need this for our accounts. If you have not purchased anything and only filled out our contact form then we delete your information from our email system after 6 months. If you sign up to our newsletter your personal data is kept until you opt out of receiving the newsletter.
Once the data is no longer needed we delete your personal information from our system and trash any documents required.

Under the GDPR, we respect the rights of our data subjects to access and control your personal data. You have rights to alter any of the below at any time:
